MS is a disaster on this phone. Can't delete 1 message. You have to delete them all! Can't forward a message unless you retype the whole thing! You can't even copy and paste! You can't send a SMS message to a number of people. You must type each one individually. If you use text messaging a lot this phone is not for you!
This will prove to be the ''Achilles heal'' of the IPhone in Europe as we are much more SMS ''savy'' than our American counterparts due to their limitations of sending SMS from 1 network to another whereas us Europeans have a standard system.
Perhaps Apple MIGHT realize this and update the IPhone software but until then AVOID.
BTHW I have one. Otherwise a great IPod and Browser, Nearly sent it back. It was a close call.
